Office Manager – ADENCAST LIMITED (Private Security Company)

ADENCAST LIMITED is seeking a reliable and highly organized Office Manager to oversee administrative operations within our growing private security company. The successful candidate will play a key role in coordinating office functions, supporting field operations, managing staff schedules, and ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day administrative functions of the office to ensure smooth operations.

• Maintain accurate personnel records and assist with recruitment, onboarding, and vetting of security staff.

• Create and manage staff rosters, monitor attendance, and coordinate shift changes.

• Act as a liaison between office staff, field teams, and clients to ensure effective communication and service delivery.

• Handle general correspondence, maintain files and reports, and manage office supplies.

• Support financial operations, including payroll coordination, invoicing, and supplier payments.

• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements relevant to the security industry.

• Assist with licensing, accreditation, and company audits as needed.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in office administration or management (experience in the security industry is advantageous).

• Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and office management software.

• High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information.

• Familiarity with SIA licensing requirements or other industry standards is desirable.
